Returns

All Alex&Elle products are hand-made to order and each design is unique.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Alex&Elle item we have a 30 days return policy. Simply return your Alex&Elle item to us within 30 days, unused and in original condition together with a copy of your receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or credit.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, Please contact you bank &/or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@alexandelle.com.au.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you are not 100% satisfied with your sale item please contact us to discuss options.

Exchanges 

Items which are defective or damaged at the time of delivery may be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alexandelle.com.au.  


Shipping

To return your product, contact us at info@alexandelle.com.au to confirm shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
