Tray - Handmade in Sweden
At Alex&Elle we cooperate with the TheTrayShop a Sydney based Swedish company designing trays and tray tables handmade in Sweden from many of the same designs that we offer in our collection.
The design for a tray is cut to shape by hand at a small workshop in Sweden’s north, near the Arctic Circle. At the tray workshop in the south of Sweden, thin layers of wood are pressed together with the pattern before a melamine coating is applied to make the trays durable and food safe.
The round trays are available in two sizes and can be combined with a fold-up steel tray stand (also made in Sweden) in black or white to get a stunning and functional tray table. The tray table is perfect as a side table or to provide that extra table space when entertaining indoors or outdoors.
